When purchasing from Tiny Tummyz (The Russell Pantry Pty Ltd), card details are transmitted through a secure server using Paypal. Card/payment data is not processed or held by Tiny Tummyz (The Russell Pantry Pty Ltd) on our servers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

FEEDBACK, COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

Tiny Tummyz is owned and operated by the Russell Pantry Pty Ltd.  

We are extremely proud of our products and plans and are always seeking to improve. Customer feedback is vital to this process and as such we welcome all feedback and suggestions from our customers. 

If at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service or products, we encourage our customers to kindly submit a complaint and/or request for refund by following the below instructions.  

We ask that you allow The Russell Pantry Pty Ltd, to fully investigate your grievance, and offer a solution, prior to you giving negative feedback on social media platforms. 

Once received, please carefully check the contents of your package against your original order, and notify Tiny Tummyz of any discrepancy, within seven (7) days of collection/receipt. Tiny Tummyz will take no responsibility for discrepancies reported after seven (7) days of collection/receipt.

 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Feedback and complaints, however, do not have a time limit and all complaints and feedback are taken seriously and fully investigated. All feedback, complaints and requests for refunds will be responded to in writing. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Several types of goods, including perishable goods such as food, are exempt from being returned.

To make a complaint or apply for a refund, please contact Tiny Tummyz on info@tinytummyz.com.au. 

Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your feedback, complaint and/or refund application.  

We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your feedback, complaint and/or refund application and advise on any further information required. 

If a complaint/request for refund is directly related to our products, please retain the item in question until instructed otherwise. Dependant on the nature of the issue, Tiny Tummyz may request photographs of the item or may arrange a product return for investigation purposes. 

Once received, your complaint/application for refund will be thoroughly investigated and a response will be provided within 14 days. 

If you are deemed entitled to a refund, then this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (dependent on financial institution processing times). 

 

Refunds requested due to a change of mind, or due an error made by the purchaser will incur an administrative fee to cover the cost of transaction fees charged by payment gateways and other payment transaction processors.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Tiny Tummyz is owned and operated by The Russell Pantry Pty Ltd.  

Due to the difficulties associated with shipping frozen goods, we are currently only able to deliver Tiny Tummyz meals door to door to certain QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC postcodes, and suburbs.  

The shipping calculator in our checkout will advise whether direct shipping to your postcode or suburb is available. 

  

We are also able to ship to most Australian domestic airports.  

Should you wish to discuss shipping options outside of our regular door to door delivery areas, kindly email us on info@tinytummyz.com.au and a Tiny Tummyz representative will contact you ASAP to discuss possible options. 

Our frozen meals are generally couriered by Cool Couriers and QANTAS FREIGHT; however, we do engage other refrigerated courier services at times, when arranging shipping outside of our regular door to door service. 

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product, as well as the delivery location.  We strongly recommend considering purchase of multiple weeks of meals at once, to reduce your overall shipping outlay. 

 

 

 

Please note: Generally, frozen meal orders received by 12:00 AEST on Mondays, will be delivered by Friday; however, delivery timeframes can be impacted by courier schedules and public holidays. 

 

If you require confirmation of delivery date in advance, kindly contact us on info@tinytummyz.com.au and a Tiny Tummyz representative will contact you ASAP to confirm shipping details. 

 

All non-frozen products, available in the Tiny Tummyz shop can be shipped Australia wide and will be sent via regular post, unless purchased in conjunction with frozen meals. If purchased with frozen meals, your items will be shipped with your meals.  

 

Please note: While we aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days of receipt; delivery timeframes can be impacted by postal schedules and public holidays. 

 

A free pick up service is available by appointment, from our facility in Southport QLD. Once you have placed your order for pick up, a Tiny Tummyz representative will contact you ASAP to make
